The restaurant’s name, Kokomo, evokes the imagery of an idyllic island paradise - a place where worries fade away and relaxation takes center stage. Complemented by the term “Trading Company,” it hints at a sense of adventure and exploration, where flavors from distant lands converge.

Chef Morrow’s culinary journey began in Northern Ireland where he was mentored by celebrated Irish chef Neven Maguire. He worked numerous kitchens around the world, which helped shape Kokomo’s menu. Drawing from his experiences and expertise, Chef Morrow crafts dishes that are both familiar and exotic, utilizing locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. The scratch kitchen ensures that each dish is a masterpiece, with a focus on clean, gluten-free options.
