Sea Sabella

This luxurious three-story home has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and features a beautiful and spacious floor plan. Sea Sabella's specially milled sunken cypress siding was reclaimed from some of North Florida's own rivers, making the house a Seaside standout. On the ground floor, the outside deck has a silver travertine floor. Each of the two king bedrooms has custom fabricated headboards, luxurious Signoria bed linens of Indanthrene colors, and its own private bathroom. A specially designed media room features a 52" flat screen television that appears in the mirrored wall with a blu ray DVD player.

The custom-milled rift-sawn white oak stairs with glass railings lead you to the second floor, where you will find an open floor plan. The chef-inspired kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler and ice machine,  a Wolf oven and range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and custom cabinets in a wenge finish that reaches the maximum ceiling. The kitchen back splash is made of painted glass to match the wall color. The white marble kitchen island with waterfall sides adds drama to the space. The Roeder folding glass wall opens up to the extraordinary split-level teak deck that provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Custom-built daybeds with special outdoor fabric and cushions make it easy to relax while looking out on the beach and the emerald water.

The stairs to the third floor have open risers and glass railings that allow light to flow down from the windows above. The third floor is devoted to the master bedroom suite and has some of the most unique views in Seaside. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed rain shower, light-therapy jetted Oceania tub, Kohler and Hansgrohe faucets and luxurious vein-cut silver travertine throughout. The vanity area is uniquely created with an Agape "Insegna" Italian mirror that suspends from the ceiling and is viewed from both sides. A six-seat golf cart is available for guest use.

This stunning home extends from Scenic Hwy 30A all the way to the dunes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with porches and amenities on every level. Rented as a single home, it is actually two complete homes in one, the main house and the carriage house, sleeping up to twenty-four people total.

El Dorado

The first floor of the main house has three bedrooms, each with two sets of bunk beds. Bunk Room One has four twins, and Bunk Room Two has three twins and one full mattress. These two rooms share a full bath. Bunk Room Three also has three twins and one full mattress, and a private full bath. The first-level porch has two amazing bed swings and an outdoor shower. (The spa on the first level porch is for the owners use and will not be filled for guests). A laundry room is found on the first floor and a media room with comfortable sofas for relaxing, playing games, and more is down a few stairs from this level.

The second floor has a king bedroom suite, a private bath with a tub and shower, a dressing room and access to a Gulf-front porch with lots of seating and one-of-a-kind views of the Coleman Pavilion and the beach. A second king bedroom on this floor also has a private bath with tub and shower and access to the Gulf-front porch. 

Up to the third floor and you will find the magazine-ready kitchen, dining and living room, all framed by the expansive Gulf-front porch where everyone can relax and enjoy the spectacular views. There is a half bath on this level as well. 

Hobnob

Located a few blocks from the beach in the highly sought-after Seagrove community, Hobnob is the family vacation home you've been looking for! Featuring five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. If you're looking for a place with beachy décor that isn't over the top, you're going to love the bright, airy feel of this home! Walk to local favorites like Seagrove Village Market Café and Surfing Deer or hop on your golf cart (included with the home!) for a short ride down 30A to Seaside for a bite to eat at Bud & Alley or some shopping at The Seaside Style.

Suite Magnolia

Named by its owners from Mississippi, Suite Magnolia I is a stylish and comfortable duplex-style cottage with a shared front porch with Suite Magnolia II. On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms: one with a private bath and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer and the other with a private bath (shower only). Upstairs, the second floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, a half bath and a private furnished balcony porch. This quiet location on Forest Street is great for riding bikes or for a peaceful walk, making it a perfect cottage for couples or a smaller family. An outdoor shower and pole-mounted grill included. Each unit has its own porch entrance, but there is a shared central porch between the two.
