Whether you have been cooking for years or are new to the kitchen, cooking classes are a great interactive activity to experience as a couple, solo or with a group. Try taking a class for something you have never cooked before to bring a new recipe to the table — literally! Black Diamond Culinary
Black Diamond Culinary offers a wide range of classes for different skill sets. It’s not just about following recipes; it’s about the technique. With Black Diamond’s classes, you’ll work together amongst your peers in a fun, hands-on environment learning various cuisines and disciplines led by Chef Kris.
Black Diamond Culinary is available for private events, such as fundraisers, networking events, team building/brainstorming sessions, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, board meetings, reunions, birthday parties, cocktail parties, mixers and more!

A cooking studio for kids, Flour Power offers a range of classes for all ages. Children learn through hands-on discovery and are considered “Lil’ Chefs” at the studio. At Flour Power, the love for home-cooked food stirs up interest for children who want to explore cooking. Flour Power’s goal is to teach children to make smart food choices that lead to better long-term health.

Sur La Table

Italy From Scratch
Experience hands-on cooking with personal chef Derek Chirico. With Italy From Scratch, you will learn how to create authentic Italian food from several different regions of Italy while using simple, fresh ingredients. The evening will consist of an incredible four-course meal, starting with multiple small appetizers, followed by hand-made pasta, a meat dish and a dessert.
Italy From scratch offers classes and personal dinners. Classes include all the food, cleaning, recipes and wine. Personal dinners include all the food, setting the table, serving the food and cleaning.
