Creative Content Coordinator
Location: Franklin, TN (not remote)
Overview: YOUR Williamson Magazine, a premier lifestyle publication serving the Williamson County community, is seeking a Creative Content Coordinator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience across digital platforms, and driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content performance.
- Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and building relationships with key influencers and partners.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to gather content and ensure timely publication.
- Upload magazine content to website and maintain overall website upkeep.
- Create written online exclusive content for yourwilliamson.com
- Assist Creative Director with simple design projects.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote magazine content, events, and special features.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Working knowledge of SEO, google ads and other paid social media ads.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and subscriber engagement initiatives.
- Maintain email databases and ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare weekly reports showcasing performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the publishing/media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Must possess an above proficient skill in photography.
- Must be willing to go to community events to get social coverage for the magazine and for digital purposes.

Candidate MUST live in and have working knowledge of Williamson/Davidson Counties. They MUST possess reliable transportation, working personal laptop and cell phone. This is a full-time in or part time for the right candidate. PTO and Paid Vacation time will be included in overall compensation package. Nights, overtime and weekend work will be expected as needed.
