Following the success of SouthBrooke, Ford Classic Homes’ newest community, SouthVale will debut this fall. Just four minutes south of Berry Farms, along the rolling hills of Lewisburg Pike, SouthVale will offer 480+ home sites featuring single-family homes and townhomes.

Across from the historic Franklin Hardeman House dating to 1835, SouthVale pays homage to Franklin’s history with classic architecture while offering the convenience of a community lifestyle. SouthVale will feature large-scale amenities including a pool and clubhouse, sidewalks, pocket parks, and over one hundred acres of natural area with walking and hiking trails for the exclusive use of SouthVale and SouthBrooke homeowners. The first phase of SouthVale is now under construction and new homes will release for sale beginning in August 2024. New model homes will be available for tour in Spring 2025. While waiting for the new model homes to open, buyers can visit any of the three model homes at SouthVale’s sister community, SouthBrooke. Agents are on-site daily – Monday-Friday: 12pm-5pm and Sunday: 1pm-5pm.
Opportunities still remain to own a new townhome or single-family homes in the Villages at SouthBrooke as well.
