DFA Spotlight: CTGrace Boutique

Made from Grace

CTGrace Boutique did not start in an ordinary way. Even though the owner, Colleen Burke, has always had a passion for fashion, it was not until her husband’s death that she was encouraged to follow her dreams and embark on this venture. When her husband passed away after a seven-year battle with cancer, and her twins, Irelan and Nolan, went off to college, Colleen decided to take this next step and open up her boutique, CTGrace. Her dream of helping others on their fashion journey started when she opened in September of 2021.

She chose the name CTGrace because it was the name of the company that her husband, Tim, started for her before he passed. Unknowing at the time of what CTGrace would become, it only seemed right to use this name for her venture. The initials “CT” stand for Colleen and Tim, while “Grace” stands for the grace that she tries to live out every day.

Even though Colleen never imagined this would be the plan for her life, she is so grateful that God knew what she needed before she did! CTGrace’s mission is to share Colleen’s love of fashion by cultivating amazing outfits with “all the fixings.” When you walk through the boutique door, she wants customers to feel as if they are “living out your custom lifestyle.” That is what her boutique’s purpose is all about!

Colleen is very thankful for all the support and love that she has received throughout this unexpected but exciting journey.
